• Managing and overseeing relevant government platforms, including continuously uploading and updating data, following up on requests, and complying with regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and smooth completion of procedures.

• Reviewing couriers’ contracts and ensuring full compliance with labor laws and applicable regulations.

• Preparing couriers’ payroll accurately, including salaries, commissions, incentives, and deductions, in accordance with approved operational policies and contracts, with issuing clear reports to ensure transparency and ease of payment.

• Monitoring attendance and departure, and managing leaves, permissions, and cases of delays.

• Following up on the expiration and renewal dates of couriers’ residencies and driving licenses, and taking the necessary actions in a timely manner.

• Making fair administrative decisions in cases of violations, in accordance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
